Observing lessons and provide with appropriate feedback to help progression.
Action Research Mentor (Year 4, Internship Students) – While preservice teachers were based in their local schools, they had to conduct a research of their choice. During this twelve weeks’ period, I was mentoring nine learners. I had also to provide feedback not only to their lessons but also to their individual research, enabling each learner a reflective praxis.
